A Warrensburg sex offender is accused of not reporting his address change. WNYT reports 56 year old Patrick Flynn had moved and did not report his new residence, according to the Warren County Sheriff’s Office. Patrick Flynn had moved and did not report his new residence, according to the Warren County Sheriff’s Office.
The investigation began in October and Flynn was charged on Nov. 18. Flynn was released with an appearance ticket and is due in Warrensburg Town Court at a later date.
