A Glens Falls man has been arrested in a Saratoga County stabbing. According to WNYT, 25 year old Richard E. Daniels III, is accused of stabbing a person in the ribs and hand with a knife. It happened just after 6 a.m. Tuesday at a home on West Milton Road in Milton. The victim was treated at the scene. Daniels was charged with second-degree assault and criminal possession of a weapon.
