The Saratoga Corinth & Hudson Railway has become a tourist attraction since it launched back in 2022. This summer, the railway added two new additions to the lineup. 41-year-old Jennifer L. Fraser of Milton was arrested on Saturday following a report for strangulation and endangering the welfare of a child. Police were called at about 5am to a home at 885 Middle Line Road in Milton and arrested Fraser for strangling another person to the point they lost consciousness.
