A public hearing is being held in Queensbury Thursday night to hear the community’s opinion regarding a local liquor store owner’s plans for a cannabis dispensary. According to WRGB, Monty Liu, owner of Monty’s Discount Wine & Liquor store situated at 909 Route 9 in Queensbury, is looking to open a recreational cannabis dispensary in the empty 16,000-square-foot addition Liu recently completed.
