A Milton man accused of causing the death of a Ticonderoga man known for his Elvis impersonation in April rejected a plea deal from the Saratoga County District Attorney’s Office this week. The Daily Gazette reports, according to Ronald Rayher’s attorney Kevin O’Brien, the deal, which was offered Monday, was for 3 1/3 to 10 years in prison for both the second-degree manslaughter and tampering with physical evidence charges Rayher was indicted on in September.
